Community Builders is Coming in July!
Our wonderful friends at Bitterroot College in Hamilton have generously allowed us to use the gymnasium for the month of July to bring you another museum experience!
Community Builders is a hands-on family experience where kids explore what makes a community thrive! Help us build a cardboard city, discover the people and places that keep communities running, and learn how everyone can play a part in creating a strong, resilient place to call home. Design, create, collaborate, and build alongside your family—because every great community starts with great ideas!
Thursdays-Saturdays

Plan Your Visit/Check in Procedures
For the safety and enjoyment of every guest, we require a caregiver to go over our brief policies and procedures and sign our acknowledgment form. You may also opt in to our contact list to stay informed on museum events and activities!
Access Options
If you receive SNAP/EBT/WIC benefits, we will ask to see your card and a valid ID to qualify for waived admission. If the cardholder is not present, we kindly request a proxy form be filled out indicating those authorized to use your card.
Bitterroot College Gymnasium Access
General parking is located on the east side of the facility. There is limited parking near the tennis court. Street parking is also available along 9th Street.
Community Builders entrance is through the doors on Main Street, near the tennis courts. Follow directional signs for access!
Please do not go to the main door!
Restrooms are available.
Please bring your own water bottles.
